It was previously mentioned in this list that you should try to get a
your photofinisher to use 126 mask in order to cut out the fragments
of the other frames.  I have found a couple in my area that will do this
but I haven't done prints since hearing about this.

Of course, this doesn't insure that both frames in a stereo view are
exposed the same...
