Perfectly true, but please bear in mind that many of these filters are on 
imperfect substrates.  They were not designed for use in "image forming" 
light paths and may induce distortions or unsharpness.

There are few reliable options currently available to filter lovers.  The 
supply of  Series V filters is dwindling (and, after all these years, their 
quality is suspect).
