BTW you don't really need the chinese character set to translate or view
Chinese.
You can cut and paste the document 1 line at a time into the Chinese
dictionary at www.zhongwen.com/zi.html.
This Document uses GB5 encoding.
Make sure you CLEAR the box then paste the line.
Once first line is pasted the dictionary will only translate the first
readable chinese character(1 character in Chinese is 2 viewable characters )
is translated you delete 2 characters then translate the second word.

Just remember Chinese is idiographic language so it does not translate quite
like a western language.
