[photo-3d] Provia !!

Yes, Provia RDP II - 100 ASA for Stereo!

I have used Provia for years and it is _very_ good under tropical
conditions, i.e. f16-22, 1/200 mid-morning (dry season), but very 'hard'
contrast, flickering reflections, 'washed out colours' etc.

Occasionally, I had to switch to Kodak E6 film - Two years ago, the New
York UV haze in September turned out bearable on Provia (then I ran out of
film and Provia was not easily found in NY), but simply un-viewable on
Kodak E6, unless you like magenta a lot. Also last year, I ran out of
Provia while in Nepal. What happened: Kodak E6 had over-exagerated
contrast, and everything not just a little greenish, but really green!! ...

To be sure, all my films rest in my fridge before and after shooting, until
developing in Holland. Price of a role of Provia is just less than 4 USD
here in Bangladesh.

Yes, I did try Sensia 200 as well, but I found it much more grainy compared
to Provia 100 and not worth the extra f-stop. This seems to be in
contradiction with the Table posted below, were the RMS value is only about
10% different between Provia and Sensia? How should one understand these
values?
