Yes, thanks Paul. That's exactly what I have done.
I do not claim any credit for this... However there
is some confusion and not many people know about it
so I tried to explain what the "yellow thing" is for.

I use the sharp end to pinch/squeeze the rails.
One good point is in the little holes or the
little "friction bumps". They get elongated
(along the width of the rail), providing extra
friction.
