Took a close look at your template and instructions, as I have done this on
my own as well. Very nice job, indeed!
Very close to my own, but more elaborate...

The main issue I see that you have not seemed to address is that of
pin-registration. If the film recorder is pin-registered, one should be
assured that there will not be any deviance in alignment. I have been using
slides.com, but the colorslides.com may be worth trying if their film
recorder is pin-registered. Do you know if it is?
