I think you might be under the impression these films will be shown in
CODE 3D anaglyph format. Unless I am mistaken the large format
presentations at IMAX theatres are in LCD glasses process. It is my
understanding the anaglyph presentations are in 35mm and for
presentation in regular theatres and not IMAX theatres.

I recommend reading my posting of Jul 22, 2000, message 2766,
on "nwave web site, 3-D Mania movie, color anaglyphs",
and take a look at the sites I mentioned.
It will also be interesting to take your own red-green and
red-blue anaglyph glasses with you, which will not work...
Having seen 3-D Mania, I would NOT bring family and non-stereo
friends, in fact I would only bring technically interested
stereoscopists, and warn them first.
But I look forward to reviews by Lawrence...
