[photo-3d] Finished mounting first roll

Well, I want to thank everybody for their advice. I finally got
everything I needed to get started mounting... I use the term needed
loosely. Magnifier, lightbox, friction drive cutter, mounting gauge,
neat little tape strips, and mounts... whew. I salvaged about half
of the pics I took on the first roll of Fuji Sensia 100, the rest
were underexposed. Still learning about aperture, speed, and focus.
I got a couple of really neat shots, and the rest are OK.
The next thing I'm hoping to get is a flash, and the consensus seems
to be that the Vivtar 283 is a good choice. So I'm hunting down a
good deal on that (trying to be patient), and am hoping to shoot my
second roll this weekend. Get the kids (10 month old twins) outside
where's there's enough light without a flash (Most of the
underexposed shots on my first roll were of the kids, inside) and
shoot their first stereo pairs.
I've been having fun showing some friends my first mounted slides in
my fresh "new" Red Button.
Hope my updates don't bore everyone to tears. It's nice to have
someone to share this experience with that has some idea of what I'm
talking about.
Until next time,
Paul Young
