[photo-3d] ProviaF100 pushed for Nimslo use

I just got back the best looking set of slides I've ever taken with
my Nimslo. I set the camera for 100 speed film, used ProviaF 100 and
instructed A&I to push process the film 1 stop. (I had to include
$1.00 in the mailer.) Prior to this I've been using Kodachrome 200 in
the Nimslo. The pushed Provia gave me the same good auto-exposure
results with none of the grain that is so pervasive with Kodachrome
200. Based on this, and some other pushed processed ProviaF I've
shot with my twin SLRs I'd say that pushed ProviaF 100 is by far the
best 200 speed slide film I've encountered. Two Nimslo shots that I
took indoors using the "Opti-lite" flash were a tad over-exposed.
I'd like to find a way to slightly reduce the output of the flash.
I'm considering wrapping a cloth napkin around it or using black
masking tape over a portion of the flash. Any suggestions? Jim Harp
