Rogers Finch says his circa 1952 Realist has 1/25 th sec. shutter 
flash sync. THIS recommendation was for FLASH BULBS because 
while set for the rarer electronic flash (i.e. contact when full open), a 
flash bulb takes 20ms to reach peak..so the slow shutter is to leave 
it open long enough for the flash bulb to catch up.
