IMHO, you can't find more careless processing than that offered for
Kodachrome. That may not be true for all labs, but it was true
for every lab I ever tried. I've never had film returned from an E6
lab that was wound in tight little spools, or scratched from end-to-end,
or had dust embedded in the surface, etc., etc., etc. All those things
happend to me with Kodachrome. I reached the inevitable conclusion
that QC in the Kodachrome labs is non-existent.
