There is only one stereo camera that has auto focus (and all 
the other qualities) and that is the RBT S1 - so I guess you 
answered your own question. Your only choice is the 59mm or 
45mm stereo base.

If you want to drop the auto focus requirement I would highly 
recommend the X3. It is the only one with TTL flash metering. 
A great time and film saver - especially if you want to later 
add the macro unit. This is the one that I own and I couldn't 
be more happy. I have yet to have any problems with it - even 
after many grueling cave trips and winter snow shoe trips.
