I did mean "how much misalignment we should tolerate". Since the
probability of "ZERO" misalignment is "ZERO" we must accept some.
How much for Viewers? How much for projection? How much for
publications and the web?
It would seem to me that if the viewing angle was the same for each
method of viewing, say that one side of the view to the other was 30
degrees, then the misalignment would look the same for them all.
Someone engineering the system would of had some design goals to
meet, don't you think. Kodak must have had some quality control
standards too. Somewhere down the line someone must have wrote some
numbers down.
"ZERO" would be great but since we can't get there, when do we stop
and go to the next slide?
I think Dr. T's answer is .05 MM. I can live with that. Can I have
that much from end to end for rotation?
