You don't really need to know what your point and shoot rig is doing.  If 
you're steady, set your Realist to a 10th or even a 5th of a second with the 
apertures wide open and you may get sharp results a good percentage of the 
time.  Try a half or a full second if you can brace the camera.  I doubt if 
you will have overexposure problems at any of these settings with ISO 64 
film. 
You're looking to get as much light on the film as possible without a tripod 
right?
