You can send an e-mail to customer service and ask them where are you
in their queue. My impression is they may have not many employees and
Nimslo prints seems to get the lowest priority. Customer service also
told me they were late due the extreme high volume of orders received
during the summer.
I was also surprised when I received my Nimslo prints back from Ix3D
to find out they have hooked up the prices more than 100%. Well, it
seems some MBA may have informed them about how to charge monopoly
pricing... Anyway, in a previous e-mail I exchanged with Ix3D, they
also told me they had bought a new machine to handle Nimslo prints
and future orders would be handled much faster. I am not exactly
sure what a new "machine" means (a fax? a freezer to keep beer
at a cool temperature?), but at this price certainly any order will
be processed much faster due a much lower volume.
At the current quality of their Nismlo prints, I would say the service
is definitively not worthy 60 bucks... Is Ix3D the only place to
support Nimslo prints?
