I assume you are mounting everything in aluminum mounts and 
only placing the "good" ones in glass and the others don't get 
any sort of overlay or protecting mount? This would definitely 
be a problem with film curl.

I am not promoting film curl, I hate it and that is one of the 
other reasons I use E6 film and a local lab. I was just trying 
to offer a means to overcome it for those that can't seem to 
get the hang of reverse rolling and are useing a mount that 
sandwhiches the film chip.
