According to DrT's book "How to Maintain and Improve your
Kodaslide I&II Stereo Slide Viewers", this is 43mm.

Two notes:

- Kodaslide II viewers have coated achromatic lenses, large and
  clear... (even though I see some signs of chromatic aberration)
- Kodaslide I viewer have plastic (single element) lenses
- KII lenses have numbers penciled in the lens holders.  I assume
  that these indicate deviation from a set FL and an effort was
  made to match lenses in terms of FL.
