For this application, you don't want ortho, you want sensitivity to changes 
in the antenna positions.  One option would be to use a single digital camera 
with telescopic lens (such as a Casio QV8000 or its 3K successor).  Take two 
photos from fixed standard positions (put marks on the ground and use a 
tripod with fixed elevation), selected for sensitiviity of observation of 
changes, not ortho reproduction.  Compare the results with the previous 
"standard" photos for instant info on any changes in position.  Yet another 
example of a good use of digital and stereo photography.
