I'd like to appologize for my outburst earlier this morning.
Having a good user interface has been a pet peeve of mine
all my career.  Although not a problem in my current company,
several companies ago it was an impossible battle against those who
thought system features were all that mattered even though it
was nearly impossible to use those features due to the horrible
user interface.  There's no justification for my being rude
and I applogize for it.  My pet peeve's fuse just blew....

P.S. - But I do stand by my position that good user interfaces
       are very important (in addition to superb performance,
       not in place of it).
