Marianne and Wolfgang Sell wrote with concern about "Bill 602 P" which 
supposedly would place a 5-cent tax on e-mail messages.  I happen to know 
this is another one of those internet hoaxes.  It's been making the rounds 
since last May.  Believe me, there is no such bill.  As originally 
circulated, this alleged bill was supposedly sponsored by a "Congressman 
Schnell."  There is also no such congressman.
