[photo-3d] Realist?

On ebay, there is item 439561974.

This is a Realist with flash. Both look unusual - the flash isn't the
usual "flat back" flashbulb unit and the Realist appears to have a
gray/tan case/body.

Can anyone say anything about exactly what these are?
