Bob, the camera appears normal in the last picture. The flash is a 
premium version with a capacitor and I believe an extra plug for a 
remote flash and a bulb test button. Often capacitor flashes take 
expensive and hard to find 15 or 22 volt bateries I don't think this 
Realist does however.These Realist flashes are selling for about $20 
whereas the normal flashes go for about $5. I'm not real sure of the 
reason for capacitor flashes. I think they may produce a more 
consistent flash at higher voltage. I picked up a mint one in a box 
with instructions on ebay for $9 plus shipping.
