Someone recently asked for the URL of a company which offers 
lenticular prints from 30-40 image files sent by email. 
(I hope it was on this list - I cant find the original message). 
The place discussed on P3D some time ago was:

The URL remains alive - but I have no further knowledge of the 
company.
