It hasn't?  The price list I found 
(http://www.i3dx.com/nsprinordform.html) lists a price of 
"$20.82/print."

I was wondering if there are any international options to be
explored. 
 If long waits and high prices are going to be the norm, I'd just as 
soon send my film to China, if I can get good quality.
