[photo-3d] Lenticular prices

I think it's because a roll shot in a 3 lens camera produces more prints
than a roll shot in a 4 lens camera.

Apparently they're sending out diffferent price lists. With my last order
two weeks ago I got back an order form listing $60 per roll but still $10.82
per 5 X 7. I think I'll hurry up and use that order form!

This is just speculation, but my guess is the real profit in lenticular
printing is in mass production, producing CD covers, baseball cards and
video tape boxes. Compared to a 10,000 piece order, a roll of film from a
Nimslo might seem like more trouble than it's worth. Certainly the labor
cost per print is much higher, and maybe they'd rather we all just forget
the whole thing. I too am interested to hear more about any international
printing options or do-it-yourself kits. Jim Harp
