[photo-3d] Eligibility of Cascade EDI section

That's weird!  I had to go back to read the form and this
is indeed what I read.  Perhaps the exhibition chairman
can explain why in a digital image exhibition purely
computer-generated images are not allowed.  

Which makes me wonder... What is the purpose of the 
exhibition?  To encourage the use of digital cameras or 
the use of digital transmission of images?  I would 
expect that one of the purposes of the exhibition is to 
encourage the use of computer for the creation or 
manipulation of the images, but this does not appear to 
be the case.
