I'm not the chairman, he can speak for himself, but
with entries that must include .jpg triplets and an anaglyph,
I find it hard to think that they aren't computer
manipulated (not to speak about how a digital camera
is pretty much a high-powered computer itself). The
event's site even includes some Photoshop suggestions!
I'd like to see .jpg triplets and .jpg anaglyphs produced
without computer manipulations!

P.S. - But with Boris, the only person that I personally know
about who does stereo pure-CGI images, not being eligible for
the Cascade event, for me, the subject is pretty much
moot.
P.P.S. - I might also point out that with Boris being one Judge in the
cascade event, computer manipulation of an electronic
entry might not knock off many points from him.
Purely my own conjecture, however, I don't pretend to
make any judgments for him. :-)
P.P.P.S. - Further, I will mention that the Cascade event is a
PSA recognized/sanctioned stereo event and that it
naturally abides by all rules of that organization.
