Don't belittle the statisticians. They present the data and others draw
the conclusions to suit their own purposes, whether political or
business.

Just take a look at what happened to the drop in the value of Kodak stock
this past week after they discovered substantial quarterly losses in all
divisions. Even the CEO was puzzled about what was happening in his
historically "blue chip" market.
