Battery prices sure are crazy! I would have thought those were a good
price two years ago when I was buying ONE battery for $5, but last year
(they still carry them) I stumbled a 5 pack of LR44 batteries for 67 cents!

I found them at a dollar store (our dollar is 67 cents US)! Could be the
quality is different but I have used these and other sized batteries (from
the dollar store) for my watch, laser pointer, etc. with no problems. I
haven't used it on my FED yet!
