You may be able to find a replacement bellows from one of the 
companies that specialise in them.  One such is:

 I know that there are at least two other firms that offer specialty 
bellows.  Lee (the same company that has the filters)usually has 
information available at their booth at trade shows (anyone going to 
PhotoPlus in NYC this year? but I've forgotten the other....
