Makes sense... Then we have the definition of a stereo
club given earlier by Bob Howard, as a place where those
who don't take pictures judge those who do take pictures.

In Detroit they have a 4th judge sleeping in the sidelines.
When a judge's entry hits the screen then this judge dials
zero, the awards chairman wakes up the 4th judge and he
goes ahead and scores.  This system is not fair either IMO.

In OSPS we don't take our competitions too seriously
(well, at least most of us don't) so we don't really
care if a judge has entries.  He/she then dials zero and
the other two scores are averaged, rounded to a higher
point if needed.
