A slide bar is perfect for certain subjects, but during the past 
couple of months, some very interesting work has been done 
with inexpensive home-made beamsplitters and digital 
cameras, with very nice posted macro results. Details are in the 
macro3d list archives on Egroups.com. It might take a day to 
be approved by the moderators, but this is trivial and you can 
then set your preferences to read everything via your browser, 
so posts won't come to you (though list traffic is minimal).
