One may argue that these are minor changes,
however with a camera that's so relatively
simple, they're pretty major changes.
Even bigger changes if one counts the Realist 45
which is a much easier to use camera.

P.S. - I'll say that without doubt that the Realist camera,
       when it came out, was the absolutely highest quality
       and absolutely very best realist-format camera in the
       world!  And that's the truth!
