The date on the issue is October 18th and it clearly states on the cover that 
the issue should be displayed until November 10 - so the issue should not 
have been sent back yet by any store, as this would seem to be a violation.  
The issue has been popular here in the NYC area and has sold out at some 
stores.  It is a special Olympics Commemorative Issue and not their regular 
issue - and this is where the confusion may be coming in.  Most stores in my 
area do not seem to be able to make or understand the distinction, so you 
have to look for the Special Issue - not that hard because the cover is in 
anaglyph, and it says Special Issue in the upper left.  Subscriptions arrived 
last Tuesday and the issue hit the stores last Wednesday - so there are still 
plenty out there.
