[photo-3d] RBT - extended range pin bars

I just got some of the .1 and .2 pins for RBT mounts from
Jon Golden - Until I read about them here, I hadn't realized
that RBT was making them - I occasionally shoot with twinned
SLRs using 135mm and 200mm lenses - Even with an extra heavy
mounting bar (that was custom made for me by John Berkowitz)
its difficult to prevent height errors between the two chips.
The extended range pins are just what I needed to fix the
problem - With two .2 pins you can get an offset of up to
.7 mm - Jon Golden told me that he hadn't mentioned
the availability of this special pins before, because he
didn't think there would be much interest in them - after all
you can always tape down the chips in an RBT mount, where you
have a large height error - - But I think they are great-
particularly where the height error is so large, that you
couldn't use even one of the regular pin bars, and would
otherwise have to tape down both chips.
