In asking about copying viewcard, Quentin Burke mentioned a little of his
famous grandfather Walter Burke, or more correctly Walter Burke FRPS. 103
years ago Walter Burke became the the first in the Southern Hemisphere to be
made a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society.

In May 1997 Walter Burke's grand daughter Sandra Pigott (Quentin's sister)
wrote a brief history of the photographic life of their grandfather.

For those interested, I have copied a 'PDF' version of this article to the
files section of this list at http://www.egroups.com/files/photo-3d/. It is
located in the '3D Window pdf Bulletins' folder.
