[photo-3d] Dunkley's effect: I still can hardly believe it, but...

Roman-catholics still worship Roberto Bellarmino as saint. He refused to look into the telescope, and forced Galilaeus to abjure.
I've no chance to become a saint, as I looked into Dunkley's pinholes and saw the "devil's" 3d.
But Ken isn't the devil and ignorance isn't my religion, so now I'll start to study how "Dunkley's effect" can work... perhaps I got some clue from my first experience:
1. stereopsis is involved (I need both eyes to get the illusion);
2. pictures seem sharper (like movies with pulfrich glasses);
3. slightly out-of-focus, slightly blurred objects seem to come in focus and get sharper (another nonsense: I'm just looking at a paper print!);
4. nothing to deal with chromadepth: the separation of the layers seems independent from the colours: 3d effect isn't very strong, but each object seem at it's place in 3d space no matter it's colour...
