Two birds with one stone,
Taylor-Merchant here in NYC sells nice acrylic prismatic lenses to 
build your own viewer with at approx. 7 dollars a pair. Next, I can't 
remember where I heard it but I distinctly remember " 9 inches per 
second of dolly movement" being optimal for Pulfrichs of still 
subject matter.
