Not really. Take an example of a photo taken of a person 3/4 view where the
other image that must be generated would include a glimpse of the persons
ear that is not visible in the 2D picture. The computer has no information
that the ear is even there or if it has an earring in it or whatever.
I'm sure there better example others can come up with, but you get the idea.
