I've been doing stero digital for about a year, but have been subscribed to
this list for less than a month. This is, therefore, my first posting. If
I stomp on toes, it's not intentional.

Here is my synopsis of my LCD glasses search:
H3D is a great choice if you already have a video card based on a Voodoo.
I dropped Vrex from my selection group due to size and lack of game support
ELSA is a great choice if you already have a video card based on TNT chipset

I picked H3D (from i-o systems) because they were inexpensive, supported on
my Voodoo, and had both game and viewing/editing support. I ordered a
pair. After four weeks, I canceled my order because I hadn't received any
product and company seemed to consist of only one person in Seattle. I
still have not received a confirmation of order cancelation.

I have since procured a used pair of ELSA Revelators and an old TNT video
card. The ELSAs have good game support, but very limited editing and
viewing support. 3D-Combine (http://www.photoalb.com/combine/index.htm)
seems to be the only folks who support it. I have only worked with it for
a couple of hours, but found their editor unable to open all of my JPS
images. Most of the JPS images were created with Stereo Image Factory
(http://members.aol.com/threedr/). The viewer worked ok with them, but not
their editor.

Limited, though the support may be, I'm impressed with the ELSA product. I
hope to spend some more time with it in the coming weeks.
