The accessory in question is officially known as a
 "#3273 Pro Quick Release with Sliding Plate".  If they 
don't have it in stock they should be happy to add one to 
their next order for you.  If they aren't happy to order it I'd 
have strong reservations about doing any kind of business 
with them....
