[photo-3d] jps plugins for PCs

I know that not everyone can't run DepthCharge because they have not
chosen a PC.  I often provide a link to the image that I embed in the
DepthCharge page.  If one wants they can "view page source" of anyone's
DepthCharge page to locate the jpg.  If one can't use the jps or jpg
then they are out of luck.  

Most of the images that I put out on the web are 300k and must take
forever at 14kbs.  If I compressed more the quality would suffer. Hardly
a fair sample of my work.  I compress less for CD publishing because we
have the speed and space. A good alternative to a slow download.

Some us of are past the "gee wiz I can do it stage".  We want it as good
as it can be right now.  Nothing less. That put us on the bleeding edge.
It is tough to be here and please everyone too. Sorry for any
inconvience, but some dues always come with the chosen terraine. 
Sometimes it is best to take the trail.
