[photo-3d] Change your subject line when doing a Digest Mode Reply

Please!  Pretty please!  As a personal favor!!!

Please change your subject line when you reply to 
a message when in digest mode.  I know that 
it is an easy thing to overlook. I know that no
matter how hard you try, you will still not catch
it all the time. 

A message that has a subject like "Digest 301" 
does not convey much about the real subject.

I subscribe to many lists.  After having 30+
messages with a subject of "Digest ###"
in one day, I am asking for this simple favor.

I give my most sincere "THANK YOU!" to 
those in digest mode who will take the extra
steps necessary to give me your true subject
in the subject line.  You will help one person
in this world have a  more pleasant time reading
his email.
