Hi,
Last week there was a thread about making and selling stereo views, I
think it was -vanity views- anyway the following is just FYI.
The 1908 Sears catalog lists:
100 colored stereoscopic views of -The siege of Port Arthur- (85 cents)
-Fair Japan- 100 colored views. (85 cents)
  100 -Children's Story- views. (98 cents)
50 stereoscopic views of the great plant of Sear's, Roebuck & Company.
In leatherette without stereoscope. 35 cents
Same, with good quality wood stereoscope. 50 cents

There was a selection of 4 stereoscopes at: 28/33/49 or 60 cents.
Also available were 3 stereo cameras. 1 box camera and 2 bellows
cameras. The box camera was $4.95 and included 1 plate holder, 4 1/4 X 6
1/2.

Regards, David Quackenbush
