It should be in the M&M candy section since it is a M&M "dispenser".  Also
note that the chairs come in two colors - black and blue.  Supposedly the
stores get only one dispenser with black chairs per shipment, so it is
somewhat scarcer (but there are plenty black chair varieties available on
eBay).

I tried to find the M & M men with 3D glasses at Target without any luck. In
which department is located? I tried candy and toys. Is it a dispenser?
