[photo-3d] Return to web presentation of pairs

A few weeks ago, I asked for advice on ways to present stereo pairs to a
web audience. Taking many of the responses I received at that time, I
have redesigned my stereo web pages. There is a temporary link to the
modified pages at http://stereo.thurstons.org If anyone has the time
to look, I would appreciate your feedback.

It is my intention that my pages perform cleanly will all browsers. If
you notice a problem, I'd sure like to hear about it.

I've added Stereoscope Java support, and made the JPS links a little
more explicit. I've left most of my low-res/hi-res anaglyph links
because the images are already on the server and it seems silly not to
link to them. About the only thing I haven't implemented yet is a "LRL"
free view page for each of the pairs. This is for two reasons. I'm not
sure if they should be presented as LRL (parallel/cross) or as RLR
(cross/parallel), and I think the resulting image pair would be too wide
to view in a browser on most screens.

I have also included a couple of pages of information for my digital
twin project. They are pages "in progress" for a project that is "in
progress". As such, they just kind of end at wherever point I happen to
be in my work. Take a look if you are interested in that project.

Thanks for your time, and everyone's help.
