I tried doing this with a table set at 150%, but while the resulting page 
was 150% of my screen width, my browser didn't supply any scroll bars to 
see it :(

But the larger question still remains.  If I an find a way to do this, 
should I use LRL or RLR sets?  I would guess LRL, but then a few years ago 
I would also have assumed that the Red lens went over the Right eye!
