I believe it's totally up to you.  Do you prefer wall-eyed or cross-eyed
viewing?  My only request would be that you decide on rlr or lrl and do
_ALL_ your web pages that way.

P.S. Since I cross-eye view, the rlr orientation would be my choice
simply because the pair I would view are at the left of my page.
