	Personal recollection, as an usher in the old Community Theater in Saratoga
Springs in the fifties, is that we distributed polarized paper glasses.
That may not have been the universal mode for viewing, but it certainly was
the system that we utilized.

    My memory is not so long, I did not see 3d films in the fifties, but I
watched the projection of "Dial M for Murder" and "House of Wax"  at the ISU
Congress at Atlanta in 1995. It was polarised. I also saw "Dial M..." in
Paris,
long time ago (in the seventies?), it was also polarised.
