Apparently I have inadvertently managed to leave many of you with a HUGE
misconception. When I wrote that I was searching for a decent interlacing
program for under $1100 I was referring to the programs that I had researched
and priced. I had determined that so far the least expensive one I had found
with all of the features I thought to be necessary was around $1100. For me
personally I would be willing to pay no more than about $150 for a program so
that I might be able to do my own lenticulars at home. About the price of a
Realist or a red-button viewer. I did have one person write me and offer to
sell a program that he had written himself for $800. And I must admit the
program he described sounded very good. But as I replied to him, if I spent
that kind of money on a program for lenticulars my wife would remove my head
from my body in a very ungentle fashion! So let me ask the group this
question: This person has software that they claim will do the job. I don't
think that they will make many, if any, sales at $800, but if they dropped
the price to $150 do you think that 5 or 6 of us would purchase? I would!
Just food for thought. Happy Holidays to you all!
